Teach Pilates with confidence
Designed for Pilates instructors and movement professionals looking to build on their existing knowledge and practice.
Pilates mentoring experience.
Pilates training gives you the method, but mentoring helps you understand how to apply it with confidence.
As you develop your practice, knowing the exercises is only part of the picture. Understanding what you see, when to adapt and how to make informed decisions is what allows you to teach with confidence.
We designed our mentorship programme to bridge that gap.
For Pilates instructors
Deepen your knowledge, refine your teaching and develop confidence in your own voice as an instructor.
For movement professionals new to Pilates
Build a strong understanding of the Pilates fundamentals and learn how to apply its principles to complement and enhance the way you already work with clients.
PLTS is about more than just learning new exercises. It’s about learning how to see, understand and teach the body with clarity and confidence.
Through mentoring, you’ll learn to observe the body with greater understanding. You’ll develop your own teaching instincts, giving you the confidence to make informed decisions rather than simply follow scripts or set sequences.
Who is it for?
About me.
I’m Gosia, Pilates instructor, tutor and the founder of PLTS.(not sure) I first discovered Pilates in 2010, and it has been part of my life ever since. Over the years, Pilates has become much more than something I teach. It is a method I genuinely believe in and continue to learn from every day.
I love how Pilates can help people understand their bodies better. It can help someone move with more control, feel stronger and more confident, recover from injury, or simply feel better in their everyday movement. I have seen how much of a difference this can make, and that is what keeps me passionate about Pilates.
Over the years, I have worked with people from all backgrounds and ability levels, from complete beginners and experienced practitioners to professional athletes. For athletes in particular, Pilates can complement strength and conditioning, support recovery and help develop better movement without taking away from their core training.
My own practice and teaching currently include Mat, Reformer and Tower apparatus. I enjoy adapting the work to the person in front of me and finding ways to make Pilates relevant to their individual needs.
My passion has led me to become a Tutor for one of the UK’s leading fitness industry education providers, supporting new instructors as they develop their teaching skills and learn to apply the Pilates method in real world settings. This has given me another perspective on what instructors need as they move from completing their training into actually teaching.
Why I Created PLTS
I created PLTS because I believe the support shouldn’t stop when a qualification ends. Training gives you the foundations, but becoming a confident teacher takes time, experience, observation and someone you can learn from.
PLTS is my way of providing that additional support, whether you are an instructor looking to deepen your practice, a movement professional wanting to understand Pilates, or a Pilates studio looking for more tailored support.
For me, great Pilates teaching isn’t about knowing the most exercises or following a perfect sequence. It’s about understanding the method, learning to see the person in front of you, and knowing how to adapt your teaching to them.
That is the vision behind PLTS. I want to share my experience, support you in your development and help you build a deeper understanding of Pilates that you can take into your own practice and teaching.
